I am Doug Springer, founder of HTK Movement, which stands for "Harder to Kill."  I've spent the last 12 years helping people build unshakable bodies, resilient minds, and lasting transformation. With a background in business from UVU and NASM certification plus nutrition certification, I combine deep knowledge of the human body with a strategic, results-driven approach to coaching.
